1. Standard Check-In & Check-Out Timings

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (Morning)
• Early check-in or extended check-out is subject to room availability and may incur nominal additional hourly charges.

2. Identity Proof Requirement

In accordance with statutory government and local law enforcement regulations, all visiting adult devotees must present an authentic original Government Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at reception prior to room key handover. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

3. Sanctity of the Kshetra (Alcohol & Non-Veg Ban)

Srisailam is an auspicious Jyotirlinga and Shakti Peetha Kshetram. To preserve its spiritual sanctity:

• Consumption or possession of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and narcotics is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• Smoking and chewing tobacco inside rooms, lobbies, and corridors is completely banned.
• Violation will lead to immediate cancellation of accommodation without any refund.

4. Property Care & Damages

Devotees are requested to treat the premises with care. Any deliberate damage caused to air conditioning units, televisions, beddings, sanitary fixtures, or electronic appliances will be charged to the guest's account prior to check-out.

5. Safety of Valuables & Parking

Free on-site parking is provided as an amenity. The guest house management does not accept liability for the loss of cash, gold ornaments, or vehicle damage parked within or outside the premises. Guests are urged to secure their valuables.
